Carrot Top is so pretty... or whatever it is that Hasbro wants to call her. :) I grew up out in the countryside in New England, guess I'm missing it hard right now. Funny thing is, I didn't really care about Carrot much until I wrote Adventures in Cake Making ([link]) and then I guess I fell for her hard...

This was an experiment in dry-brush watercolor... I think I'm finally getting the hang of it! :D Only took twelve years...

I have always admired your handiwork, Foxxy, but I guess I somehow missed this particular picture until today, and it's beautiful! I've developed a certain affection for Carrot Top in the past month or so, and this picture really brings out her loveliness.

I would also like point out Y U SO GOOD AT PAINTING???? I love the techniques you used for the trees, and everything is so rich and vibrant... GAH, so jealous. >_> Your practice has paid off big-time! :3

Love this, and am always looking forward to see what you'll release next. ^-^

Haha, thanks. :) Honestly after years of messing vaguely around with watercolors, I feel like I finally "got" how to work with them here, using both dry and wet techniques, etc. I'm very proud of it. ^_^
