Yet another wonderful piece,
I think that I will start with the values. How you used the shadows very pleasing to the eye, as it is not liner it adds to the cylindrical contours of the right hind legs, and the neck. This is accomplished on the right foreleg and fore-hoof by the highlighting. I like the use of a single side bag, much like a messenger bag. As this deviates from the normal saddle bags that one sees more often.
You never fail to surprise and impress with the small details. The bag strap is just barely visible from behind the braid adding a dimension and grounding the proportions of the neck even though it is hidden behind the mane. The slight shadow on the band around the tail adds a nice rounding effect to it making it pop.
The one think I am slightly perplexed about is the varied value in the tail. I am having trouble figuring out weather it is a physical part or separation in the hair mass, or a difference in the color of the hair itself, like the braided mane. I don't mean this in a negative as I think over all this is a tremendously well balanced and beautiful vignette style/(for a lack of a better descriptor) pin-up piece

The wave in the tail is really just there to add visual interest and balance the composition. Luna has similar waves in her tail in Season One. I needed them to balance the wave of her braid on the left.
I really do enjoy your artwork as it is masterfully executed and always technically sound. ^_^
