Seriously, can you imagine what it'd be like to live with someone who has such a divergent sleep schedule? This isn't intended to fuel the "evil Celestia" conspiracy so much as picture what this would be like. We've all had the "roommate from Hell" syndrome before too I'm sure...

I have no idea where Luna found that boombox, or what she's listening to. Drawing this I listened to Talking Heads '77 and Bob Dylan's "John Wesley Harding". I imagine what Luna's dancing to is more of the former than the latter.
